Refund & Return Policy
We aim to provide a high standard of aesthetic services and products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking an appointment.
These policies apply to all treatments, purchases, and payment methods (including third-party providers). By booking or purchasing through Aesthetics by Jen, you agree to these terms.
1. Treatment Refunds
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds cannot be offered once a procedure has been performed.

Results can vary based on individual skin types, medical history, and lifestyle factors.

Refunds will not be issued for personal dissatisfaction if the treatment was performed correctly and with informed consent.

If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately for advice. We offer free post-treatment care to support you and address any concerns.
However, if you purchase a treatment and are later found unsuitable following consultation or medical assessment, you will be entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
This applies only when the procedure has not yet been carried out.
2. Treatment Cancellations & Deposits

We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment for reasons outside of your control.
3. Product Returns
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds and returns are not applicable once a procedure has been performed.
Each treatment produces individual results that can vary depending on factors such as skin type, healing, and lifestyle.
To ensure every client is satisfied, a complimentary two-week review appointment is offered following your treatment. This allows time for results to settle and provides an opportunity to assess your outcome, address any concerns, and make minor adjustments if required.
Your comfort, safety, and confidence are always our top priority.
4. Gift Vouchers & Packages

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

Missed appointments booked with a voucher, without sufficient notice, may result in the voucher being voided.
5. Klarna & Third-Party Payment Providers
If you have paid via Klarna and are found unsuitable for treatment after purchase, any applicable refund will be processed directly through Klarna’s system.
Refunds for Klarna purchases follow the same policies outlined above for both services and products.

6. Policy Changes
