Welcome to Aesthetics by Jen. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These apply to all clients and visitors to our website.

 

1. General Information


Aesthetics by Jen is a UK-based business offering professional non-surgical aesthetic treatments and skincare services. All treatments are carried out by trained, insured, and certified practitioners in line with UK regulations.

 

2. Eligibility


  • Clients must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic treatments.

  • By booking an appointment, you confirm you meet the age requirement and that all medical information provided is accurate.

 

3. Medical Disclaimer


  • Treatments are only provided following a full consultation and assessment.

  • Results may vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

  • Aesthetics by Jen does not provide medical advice or treatment for medical conditions.

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, medications, and allergies prior to treatment.

 

4. Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

 

Appointments:

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • A consultation is required before treatments.

Cancellations:

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a loss of deposit.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will also result in forfeited deposit.

 

5. Payments & Deposits


  • A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid on or before the treatment day.

  • We accept card, cash, and Klarna.

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

 

6. Refunds & Returns


Please refer to our refunds policy page for further information. 

 

7. Gift Vouchers & Packages


  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Missed appointments using a voucher may result in the voucher being voided.

  • Package deals must be bought via a single purchase and various appointments booked after purchase. 

 

8. Liability


  • Clients are responsible for following pre- and post-treatment care advice.

  • We are not responsible for results affected by undisclosed health conditions or lifestyle factors.

  • Clients must understand and consent to potential risks of treatments. Should these occur we are able to provide medical advice and treatment if necessary e.g. hyalase to dissolve a vascular occlusion due to dermal filler. 

 

9. Informed consent 


Before any treatment is carried out, a full consultation will take place. This allows time to discuss your individual goals, treatment options, and create a plan tailored specifically to your needs. During the consultation, we will go over the potential risks and benefits of each procedure, answer any questions you may have, and review your medical history to ensure your chosen treatment is safe and suitable.

This process allows you to make a fully informed decision before proceeding. Once you are happy to go ahead, you will be required to complete and sign the necessary consent and medical forms prior to treatment.

 

10. Privacy & Data Protection


  • We are fully compliant with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Personal data collected during booking or consultation is used solely for the provision of services and will never be sold or shared without consent.

  • We collect and store personal and medical information securely to provide safe and appropriate treatments. Your data is handled confidentially and never shared for marketing purposes. Refer to our privacy policy for more information. 

 

11. Complaints & feedback 


If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us directly so we can review your case and arrange the appropriate follow up appointments. 


12. Changes to Terms


We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
